Bento Lunch Box Containers Food Portion Control

Meal prepping made easy. I can easily fit an entree and two sides or sauces with no problem. I put my Entree in the Large section 2.5 cups , the Sides in the Medium 3/4 cup and a side or sauce In the Small section 1/2 cup. The containers are dishwasher-safe so after a long week I just throw them in the dishwasher (top rack). They are also stackable for easy storage. I have not experienced any melting or change shape by putting the containers in the microwave. The container are BPA free.
