I bought this Snug stool because I read the benefits and thought I would try it out. The stool came in three pieces two foot rest and one middle section. Assembly was easy the two foot rest snap right into the middle section (Snug label facing outward) pic. I picked gray because it matches my gray and white bathroom decor. I have a standard size toilet and the stool is 9" high and my knees are pretty high on the stool and honestly it's going to take sometime to get use to using the bathroom like this. Chef Rimer Banneton Proofing Basket

The proofing basket is finished beautifully no splinters, gaps, or unpleasant smell.  The basket is made with natural cane 100% chemical free.  However, as I do all things I receive I cleaned the basket with a damp cloth and place it on the counter to air dry.  I also washed the liner in the washer and dried on low in the dryer.  The liner came out clean and intact.

I followed the instructions on how to use the proofing basket located in the Product Description:
1. Coated thinly and evenly with flour along inside of the basket. 2. Put a piece of dough into the basket till it is completely fermented to fit the basket. 3. The pattern of the rattan cane basket is clearly imprinted on the fermented dough, beautiful bread mould is formed. 4. Turn over the basket, take out of the dough, and transfer it onto a baking sheet of oven. 5. Bake the bread, clean the basket or set dough into it, repeat the above procedure.

And my bread came out great! Beautiful pattern. Next recipe is sourdough.
